Here's our formula to help you plan and purchase beer, wine, spirits and mixers for your party. FORMULA = (# of persons) X (1.5 drinks per person) X (hours of event) = est. # of drinks needed
Below are buying guidelines based on using the formula for a 3‐hour event.

WINE
A standard serving of wine is 5 ounces. This means you get 5 glasses of wine per 750 ml bottle; or 10 glasses of wine per 1.5 liter bottle of wine. Our Wine Buyer will be happy to make suggestions based on your taste & budget.
SPIRITS
A liter of spirits is approximately 22 standard drinks. You may also need to include 2 or 3 750 ml or liter bottles of mixer(s) per liter of spirits. Guest preferences and your type of party/theme may affect the types of liquors needed, so the following is only a guideline.
• Vodka – 25%
• Rum – 15%
• Bourbon – 15%
• Scotch/Irish Whiskey/Blends – 13%
• Gin – 10%
• Liquers – 17%
• Brandy/Cognac – 5%
MIXERS
You may want to be sure to include in your mixer selection: Club Soda, Tonic, Sweet & Sour, Grenadine, Lime Juice, Bitters, Dirty Martini Mix (Olive Brine), Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Redbull, Cherries, Olives, Fresh Limes & Lemons ‐ all of which we carry in our Roller's Beer & Mixer store.
BEER
Generally a serving of beer is 1 ‐ 12 oz. can/bottle so, one case of beer provides 24 servings. We have a large selection of Domestics, Imports, Micro‐Brews and Craft Beers. Kegs (⅙ barrel=53 12 oz. servings) (¼ barrel=82 12 oz. servings) (½ barrel=155 12 oz. servings)
