Roller's Wine & Spirits offers FREE weekly wine tastings every Wednesday at both locations!

Click here to join our Wine Club  to recieve updates and news on special wine tastings! Enjoy trying and selecting your ideal wine with a guided tasting by our knowledgeable wine team. In-store tastings are a unique opportunity to try specially selected wines from various wine regions of the world. Roller’s "Meet, Greet, and Taste" events are extremely popular because the actual wine makers visit Roller’s and guide the tasting of their wines. This event allows our customers to meet the producer face to face and learn directly from the maker.

Our wine consultants are knowledgeable and passionate about wine. They are eager to share that extensive knowledge and love of wine with our customers. Our unique model sets us apart from our competitors as Roller’s is committed to having the best wine selection in the area and stocking choices for all of our customers' individual tastes and pockets, with selections from every wine producing region in the world. Roller’s is committed to excellent customer service; whether you are new to the world of wine or a great wine enthusiast, our staff members are here to help and advise.

Camille Copeland, C.S.
General Manager / Wine Director
Coligny Plaza, Port Royal Plaza, Palmetto Bay Rd
Certified Sommelier (under the Court of Master Sommeliers)

In 2003, Camille relocated from her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two daughters, embarking on her new path on Hilton Head Island, S.C. Since then, she has taken every opportunity to explore various roles in the wine industry such as Assistant Wine Buyer for a local restaurant group, On-Premise Fine Wine Sales for a top distributor and now as Wine Buyer/Manager for Rollers Wine & Spirits.  Since she joining Rollers in 2007, Camille has revamped the wine program by not only upgrading the quality and breadth of the wine offerings in both locations, but also by overseeing the design of a new store, as well as implementing a 3,000 bottle temperature controlled wine cellar in another. Coupled with a successful marketing and email program, her efforts have directly resulted in an over 200% increase in the stores overall wine segment and sales.  See more.

Camille has furthered her love, knowledge and passion of wine by touring the wine growing regions of Italy, California, Oregon, Washington and Spain. She was a guest at the 2009 Oregon Pinot Noir Camp, as well as the 2010 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Forum. In 2010 Camille completed the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory as well as Certified levels and will dedicate the next 2-3+ years to studying for her Advanced Level under the Court of Master Sommeliers. In March of 2011 Camille placed 3rd in the retail/distributor division of the Charleston Food & Wine Festivals Blind Tasting Challenge, headed by Master Sommelier Andrea Immer Robinson.

 Jason Ohmann, C.S.W.
Wine & Spirits Manager, Port Royal Plaza

Jason is a native to Northern New York and an unrepentant carpet-bagger, having lived in South Carolina for the last 8 years. He has roots in almost every aspect of the wine industry, from retail to distributing; restaurants to importing. His over 10 years in the industry combined with his passion for wine and the drive to expand the ranks of wine enthusiasts make him an approachable and unintimidating wine guy. A graduate of Colgate University, Jason thinks his degree in Philosophy makes him excellent at pondering the merits of a good glass of wine; we think it makes him a bit long-winded…but only depending upon how much you've imbibed. In 2008, Jason earned his Certified Specialist of Wine certificate from the Society of Wine Educators. He considers his specialty to be Italian wines, but you can talk to him about just about anything, and we like that.
