ABOUT THE WINERY

"At Schug we are proud to carry on our family’s 100-year-old tradition of hand-crafted Pinot Noir. From our roots in Germany and now as 30-year stewards of the land at our Carneros Estate, we follow in the footsteps of our Father and Founder, winemaking pioneer Walter Schug. By honoring our decades-old, handshake commitments with local farmers throughout Sonoma County, coupled with techniques handed down through the generations, we make wines known the world over for their grace and balance. We hope they find a place on your table, in meals with family and friends, creating memories that share in the Heritage passed on from our Mom & Dad. With each cork we pull, each bottle we pour, we hope we make them proud." Schug Winery

ABOUT THE CHEF

Leslie Rohland is the founder and owner of The Juice Hive and Health Emporium, but you may also know her as the owner of The Cottage Café – the beloved eatery in downtown Bluffton that she launched in 2009, which has become one of the Lowcountry’s most popular dining destinations. Referring to the Cottage Café and The Juice Hive as a “labor of love”, she is thrilled to be bringing delicious dining options to the Lowcountry – and excited that her “recipe for success” continues to bring smiles to both local residents and visitors to the Lowcountry.
